Flyer's Office Building Foreclosed

Contemporary Media, Inc., publishers of the Memphis Flyer, Memphis Magazine, Memphis Parent, and MBQ, among other publications, will be getting a new landlord. The building where the company's offices are housed at 460 Tennessee Street has been foreclosed. The building's owners, Robert Williams and Huey Holden have defaulted on a $3 million loan. According to a notice published in the Memphis Daily News today, Priority Trustee Services of TN LLC was appointed substitute trustee and will hold a foreclosure sale on the southwest corner of the steps of the courthouse on August 5th.
