Robert Sillerman, the billionaire who last year bought an 85 percent stake in Elvis Presley Enterprises, plans to demolish Heartbreak Hotel across the street from Graceland. In its place hell build two 400-room hotels, convention space, restaurants, and an amphitheatre.
Meanwhile, on the Las Vegas strip, the entrepreneur envisions an interactive Elvis exhibit and is pondering whether to crack down on the Kings impersonators, suggesting they may need to be authorized.
