Hot Wing Pizza at Hi-Tone

The Hi-Tone Cafe recently expanded its hours to include lunch. The lunch menu is the same as the dinner menu with the addition of a rockin' pizza buffet. There are no hot plates or heat lamps at this buffet. Each slice is made to order, and you can order as many as you like.

A couple of gal pals and I recently enjoyed a gluttonous lunch in which we tried nearly every variety on the menu. So it is with authority when I say, get a slice of hot wing pizza -- stat! The hearty crust is layered with red sauce, mozzarella cheese, blue cheese, sliced chicken breast, and red onion. The final touch is a drizzling of hot sauce. Yep, now you can enjoy hot wings and cheese pizza all in one, amazing bite. If you get addicted to this pie like me, don't fret. The kitchen stays open all afternoon -- and into the wee hours -- most days. Tuesday nights you can get a whole pie for half-price.
