I requested black beans, cilantro-lime rice, fresh cilantro, diced tomato, sour cream, jalapenos, guacamole, red onions, pico de gallo, Mexican cheese, shredded lettuce, and crumbled tortilla chips in mine. I stared in amazement as my server expertly rolled my massive creation in silver foil. When he handed it to me, I blushed a little as I wondered what weighed more: my dinner or my oldest son at birth. As I took my first bite, I was pleased with my choice of ingredients (although it would be hard to go wrong with so many options). I wasn't able to eat the whole thing, which was good, because I enjoyed eating the leftovers too.
