I mentioned earlier that my brother received 22 pounds of tamales for Christmas. I asked him to take a picture. He did not comply.
There was some time spent in a misting tent.
And, finally, ready for harvesting after two weeks.
This initial batch of mushrooms were sauteed and used as a topping for burgers. My sister says that they were some of the best she's ever had. Frankly, I'm more than a bit surprised that it worked at all.
According to my sister: "It's been a source of wonderment for everyone who sees it."
