Cortona Contemporary Italian recently began serving lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday through Sunday.
Pam is reviewing the restaurant for Memphis magazine, and I got to tag along.
This is the Crudo pizza with prosciutto, tomato, arugula, smoked mozzarella ($14). The crust is thin and has a nice chew to it.
There's a meatball sandwich ($7) underneath there somewhere. The fries, btw, were pronounced perfect.
I ordered the roasted eggplant ravioli ($13). Great sauce and goat cheese.
