It’s Plausible

So, in addition to the mad photo-op created by two heads of state visiting Graceland, it seems Japanese prime minister Junichiro Koizumi and President Bush caused an international incident key in leading to North Korea’s test launch of missiles earlier this week. That’s the theory — which also involves Chinese President Hu Jintao and North Korean dictator Kim Jong-il — put forth by BBC’s Matt Frei.
