According to a company press release: "The four cities guarantee a wide commuter audience, as they are all located near major interstate highways. The addition of these cities to Clear Channels network will bring its digital billboard markets to 10.
"Digital displays augment revenue by giving owners an option to display multiple ad messages, while charging different rates for various time schedules in the day whether the ad is played during heavy or light commuting times.
"Clear Channel Outdoors digital networks plans to display around 1,250 ads a day, with a rotation every eight seconds. Memphis will carry five 14 by 48 foot digital billboards.
