Artist Edward Giobbi is the author of four cookbooks; one is a James Beard Award winner. To honor Giobbi's culinary contributions, Chef Kevin Rains will demonstrate cooking techniques using Spanish and Italian herbs. Recipes from Giobbi's books will be featured. A discussion of harvesting and storing herbs will also be covered. Participants will take home a selection of herb plants.
