Justin Shawn Baker, a 25-year-old security guard, has been indicted on a federal civil rights charge after writing derogatory comments in several books used by Memphis' Margolin Hebrew Academy. According to The Jackson Sun, prayer books had been laid out on Friday night in a conference room at the Doubletree Hotel in Jackson. On Saturday morning, a few choice words had been added to them. "Gentiles win, Jews lose," for example, and "Submit to Satan." Here's Baker's actual mug shot.

Perez Hilton blogged about Justin Timberlake this week and about the multitalented entertainer's approach to anger management. "I use everything as therapy," JT is quoted as saying. "I play golf, write songs, punch pillows. We've all done it. You get so mad that you punch a wall, and then you break your hand or something. It's like the dumbest thing we do as humans." Well, it's one of the dumbest things most humans do. Some humans have been known to invest in Myspace.

Have you ever seen Memphis on a marquee?
