The Memphis Polo Club has been around in some form or another for decades and now finds its home on a farm in Rossville. The club is open to the public and offers both riding and polo lessons and hosts several polo matches a year. “It’s not chi-chi. It’s not snooty. It’s Memphis,” says Angela Atkins about the club. Case in point: The club’s Divot Challenge is not only open to the public, it involves tailgating(!). Kids are welcome. For more info or directions, go to memphispoloclub.com.
