Pete Pedersen was a legendary harmonica player, composer, and arranger. He began his career as a member of Borrah Minevitch's Harmonica Rascals and later joined the Don Henry Trio with Louis "Fuzzy" Feldman and Don Henry. Pedersen was also a member of the Harmonicats with Jerry Murad, Bob Hadamik, and Al Fiore. Though he separated from the Harmonicats, he continued to write many of the group's arrangements, including the hit "Peg O' My Heart." Pedersen spent many years in Memphis, where he produced and recorded many TV and radio jingles. Pederson is honored with a brass note on Beale's Walk of Fame.
