Federal District Court Judge Robert Echols ruled that a Dickson, Tennessee, ordinance requiring psychics to include written disclaimers in advertising and signage is a violation of the First Amendment. ACLU Attorney Barbara Moss praised the decision saying, Our client should be free to make predictions for fun or profit without government interference. Heck, the government does that sort of thing all the time.
