Sisters in Law was the winner of the Prix Art en Essai at the Cannes Film Festival. The film follows the work of State Prosecutor Vera Ngassa and Court President Beatrice Ntuba of Kumba, Cameroon, as they dispense wisdom, wisecracks, and justice in fair measure. A fascinating and often hilarious documentary about modern justice in Africa.
